CELEBRATION

A celebration of a life well-lived

The daughter of a quiet, rugged outdoorsman living out his retirement in Montana commissioned Memoir Press to work with her father on his memoir. A reserved, reticent man, her father was not sure if he had anything to say in a memoir. However, as soon as he began talking about a favorite uncle and the joy of hunting, he quickly forgot about creating a memoir and simply began telling his rich stories. The project touched generations as his son-in-law became quite involved in the editing process; his granddaughter assisted with the photo selections and his daughter delved into the design process and helped with photo selection, captioning and placement. It was important to the daughter that the memoir be complete before her father's 80th birthday celebration, and Memoir Press delivered 70 smashingly finished books to Montana in time. Coupled with a design execution responsive to the client's story, the stunning opus was distributed at his 80th birthday celebration.
