A gift for a generous donor
A savvy executive of a successful non-profit organization had secured a multi-million-dollar donation from a wonderful philanthropist. In the course of their relationship, the philanthropist revealed many stories that shaped his life, influenced his decision-making and led to his success. Out of a sense of gratitude for the transformational donation, the executive commissioned Memoir Press to develop a memoir for this key donor. He recognized that this modest man would value a quiet project like this far more than he would appreciate being recognized and lauded at a fanfare-filled dinner gala. The donor gladly participated in the project and was genuinely touched by the resulting memoir that captured his stories and accomplishments while also revealing his generosity and humility. Ten copies of the final book were delivered to the client personally by the executive director of the non-profit organization.
